Wood FX, San Diego, CA L Street Fine Art, San Diego, CA This was an exhibit of the famous Vanilla Paintings. There were 15 total hung. Over the summer of 2005 I painted 30 Vanillas. They are all 24" x 24", oil on wood. This was an exhaustive study creating depth on a flat surface using white, which in its nature is very flat. I have learned a great deal more about color and am very happy with the results. |

Mixture, San Diego, CA This show is of a body of work that was painted in the past fall and early winter. The inspiration for the pieces and their colors came from a trip I took this past summer. There are 3 sets of 48" x 48" canvases, 9 paintings total will be displayed.
